"I'm not running that low," Lucifer whispered, while moving closer to Gadreel just a little bit. There was something to it that he'd not ever gotten from anyone else. No one felt protective over the devil. Not really. Not in the annoying yet adorable way that Gadreel had about him.
He heard cursing coming from the Impala, as they had evidently been spotted. It was Matty that was talking, when Sam got out of the car, knife in hand and the other hand in his pocket, he assumed to reach for salt, he didn't speak. He just stared. Then Sam turned his head, looking at his brother for confirmation.
"Can you see Lucifer too?"
"I'm here for real, sweet Sammy. Hey, Matty. Hasn't been that long, has it?" Not that long since he'd been beating them up in his cage.
