"Well, Sammy's bedtime is at eight and Matty's at nine, so I gotta be home by then." No, he didn't really have a nightlife. At all. Usually he just read alone in the living room and drank a beer or two. It wasn't exactly the life of the party in Bobby's life. "But today, I'll be up on your roof between noon and three, I reckon. That's when I gotta pick up my kiddo."
John's kiddo. Whatever. He had claimed ownership by now, somehow.
"I think my Luci will dump Raphael on me shortly so perhaps our boys can play." Whatever it took to keep Raphael quiet and out of his way. He liked him, he did, but he also liked spending his time scrolling through grindr and trying to work out the stock markets without the sounds of Muppet Babies in the distance. "It would be good for the kid, to make friends and the like, he hasn't been enrolled anywhere yet."
None of them had except for Gabriel - who only got enrolled because he asked Michael to sign stuff for him. Lucifer was determined to slack and Raphael was slipping through the cracks a little. "Gives us time to play too."
"Sammy's good with other kids. Bit of a doormat sometimes, but in a cute way, yanno?" He was fond of the boy, couldn't really help that. Both of them were his boys and he found it pretty interesting to watch their personalities form as they grew up. "Look, I'm gonna take off and come back with what I need for your roof. Don't want you getting wet, might make that make-up run."
He was trying to tease, hoping that wouldn't be taken the wrong way. "Would be a shame, eh?"
"Oh, I think it would be a crying shame. Especially after all the efforts I've gone to keep it. Not really a small town aesthetic, is it?" Michael knew, of course he did, he got looks and bold, out there questions but he found it funny more than anything. The further he was from God, the happier he could be.
He walked Bobby up to his door and opened it up for him, leaning in the doorway. "You're my hero as of late, Mr Bobby Singer. I'll have to think of a way to repay you."
"I'm sure you'll think of something. Talkin' like that, you gotta be a smart one." Probably a bit too smart for his own good. And he definitely knew what he was doing, which was almost a provocation in and on itself. Bobby definitely did not know what he was doing and he barely even had any time to analyse how he was feeling.
Still, he didn't like feeling like he was on a loss, so he headed for the door and turned his head to look at Michael as he walked out. "I like sweet stuff."
